Bachelor thesis is focused on the offer analysis of travel agency Mayer & Crocus. In the theoretical part there are basic terms relating to activities of travel agencies determined and then functions of travel agencies, its products and conditions for obtaining a concession are defined. There are direct and indirect ways of promotion, price policy of travel agencies and factors affecting the offer of travel agencies described.
