The bachelor thesis is focused on information systems that supports strategic business management referred to by abbreviation CPM - Corporate Performance Management. Currently, CPM topic is one of the key issues in informatics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part illustrates the problems and describes the historical development of CPM systems. It discusses the various components forming the main essence of the concept of CPM. The second part explores the real requirements and procedures of the company from Small Enterprise segment that has interest in the deployment of CPM solution
