The aim of this thesis is to use a method of coaching in the implementation of managerial audit of selected small and medium-sized enterprise. The practical part includes directed coaching interviews focused on the managerial audit with one of the owners of firm PODLAHY A DVEŘE, Ltd. It also contains a verbatim report of all of the three conducted coaching interviews and its evaluation
