Fundraising of non-profit cultural organizations

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to fundraising used in the non-profit organizations, that are engaged in cultural activities. Fundraising is an active recruitment of financial and non financial resources important for the existence of such organizations. First part of this work defines the non-profit sector, respectively non-profit cultural organizations and summarize the potential resources available for their funding. Further on, the thesis deals with the definition of the concept of fundraising and fundraising methods and their principles. The last part focuses on the examination of the specifics of the cultural non-profit sector and on fundraising approaches in diverse cultural organizations. The thesis as well includes survey of the public opinion, which aim to determine the attitude of people to donate to certain cultural organizations
