Special features of trade negotiations in Ukraine

The goal of my Bachelor thesis is the analysis of business and cultural specialties of Ukraine, with a particular focus on its eastern and western regions. In the first five chapters I have tried to describe a broader cultural specificities of Ukraine, examine special features of business negotiations, work skills and interpersonal relationships, values and norms of behavior in society.The other important objective was to examine the value of time, verbal and nonverbal communication, interpersonal distance and other factors that may affect the building of relations with the Ukrainians in both Western and Eastern region. The exploration of national specialties of culture and religion in Ukraine and the evaluation of their impact on business and especially on Ukrainian mentality is also one of the most important parts of my final thesis
