Business plan

The goal of this paper is to develop a business plan for newly created company providing services in IT sector and determine if this project is viable and powerful enough to start the business. The theoretical part concentrates on important aspects and methods which are used to create a business plan. More attention is paid to corporate strategy, strategic marketing planning and financial planning. The practical part is dedicated to development of well-defined business plan which covers counselling, consulting, technical support and management of information systems based on Open Source
