This bachelor focuses on the issues of systematic education of company employees. Aim is to analyze a particular system of education in particulat organization, identifie weaknesses and propose recommendations for improving the system. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge of the systematic education with a focus on the value of human capital and forms of comapany education. The second part deals with analysis of a particular company. It compares description of the current system with opinions and needs of employees.
