Building savings in competition of financial products on the Czech market

The bachelor's thesis concentrates on current situation on the market with building societies' products from natural person's point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of basic concepts, actual changes and other discussed adjustments of building savings in the Czech Republic. Then the theoretical part describes differences between systems of building savings, which are applied in foreign countries. The analytical part focuses on assessment of building savings' competitiveness on the Czech market. Comparison with alternative products is based on author's calculations and conclusions, which are the ground of the prognosis of future development of the building savings in the Czech Republic
