Gastronomy services in the area of Novohradské hory

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate gastronomic potential of Novohradské hory and to analyse the network of hospitality industry and its quality. The first part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of gastronomy - chapter is designed to familiarize readers with the topic. The second chapter introduces the region, initially a higher territorial unit - Jihočeský kraj and then separately the area of Novohradské hory. This chapter also presents traditional dishes. The third chapter analyses the network of catering establishments in the area of Novohradské hory, describes selected restaurants a then compares them. The chapter is closed with recommended measures to take
