The thesis describes Czech traditional company Druchema that distributes to market products from the field of chemistry, glues, textile paints and sport products. Author results from the theory of marketing mix, product assortment and applied analysis. By analysing the individual series author identifies products that need further support or exclude from the assortment. The work explains the assortment dependence on restructuring and financial crisis. The thesis focuses on the partial section of assortment -- Easter products
