Diversity Management

The Bachelor`s Thesis is concerned with Diversity Management and its implementation in companies situated in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to at least partially answer the question, whether diversity of employees is managed in the Czech Republic, or not. Situation in companies had been monitored by personal dialogues with managers, personal observation and internet research. The findings based on this research are that neither of the chosen companies fully implemented Diversity Management and is successfully managing diversity of their employees
