Theory of properties valuation, valuation of real property

This BA thesis deals with the field of assessing of property. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on basic terminology of this field and it illustrates basic methods of assessing of property. It also introduces the form of specialist's assessment. Last but not least, there are patterns used in administrative method of assessing included. In the practical part, assessing of a family house including its facilities is carried out using the administrative method
