Franchising, a modern method of market entry

My work deals with the franchising as a modern method of market entry. My work is divided into two main parts. The first part is about the meaning of the word franchising and his different types and possible forms of expansion of franchising to foreing markets. I also analyze the possible advantages and disadvantages of a particular company Mistic. The second part shows the application of franchising to specific company Mistic. On this part is supplemented by advantages and disadvantages of this specific company
