Institutional arrangement of regulation and supervision in the Czech Republic and UK

Bachelor thesis covers regulation and supervision of Financial Markets. First chapter deals with terms as regulation and supervision in theory, possible forms of institutional arrangement of regulation and supervision as well as their advantages and disadvantages, reasons for banking regulation and current national and international trends in the field of regulation and supervison.
