Bachelor theis provides a comprehensive overview of the basic characteristics of the building savings product. The second part of this work is focused on the Czech building society market which is characterized by a big amount of sources. The biggest emphasis is put on source problems and the related stability of building societies. The work also provides a summary of a current offer of Czech building socities products and various model situations focusing on the factors affecting revenue
