PPP projects (comparative analysis of CR and SR)

This bachelor thesis deals with the partnership of public and private sector. Partnership should secure public services or public infrastructure. The aim of this thesis, named "PPP projects - comparative analysis of CR and SR", is to characterize co-operation of public and private sector, describe economic aspects of realization PPP projects and focus on implementation of PPP into Czech and Slovak economic policy, with respect to final recommendations to achieve effective co-operation. The thesis can be divided into 2 parts, the first part gives general view on PPP, including description of risks that should be considered in this co-operation, advantages and disadvantages and comparison of this form of co-operation with classical procurement. The aim of the second part is to characterize PPP projects of above mentioned two countries and perform comparative analysis of PPP in Czech and Slovak Republic
