The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial health of company VEBA, textilní závody a.s. between the years 2005 and 2009. The aim of this thesis is using methods of financial analysis to evaluate the financial situation of the company from the perspective of external users. The instruments used are horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial ratios, net working capital, economic value added and financial distress prediction models
