Minumum wage and it´s influence on the economy of Czech Republic.

The thesis will focus attention on the impact of the minimum wage on economic development in the Czech Republic. The theoretical description of the cause of the minimum wage and its legal definition. I pay attention to the specification of the labor market impact of minimum wages on unemployment, the impact of international migration on wages. The practical part will describe the development of minimum wages will be compared with other markers (average wage, living wage) and will examine the positive and negative effects of minimum wages from the perspectives of employees, employers and the economy. The aim is to look at minimum wage as a tool, which strongly influences developments in the labor market
