Liability insurance of travel agencies

The work was devoted to insurance in tourism. The main goal was map the scope of insurance against insolvency of a travel agency. Describe is also the whole responsibility for provided services of a travel agency, particularly a responsibility for a detriment during a trip. A partial objective was an analysis of the actual product base of insurance companies, which supply some insurance against insolvency of travel agencies. A considerable part of this work is an analysis of the law of tourism, the part concerning travel agencies
