In dieser Arbeit wird eine Messung des inklusiven tief-inelastischen Positron- Proton Wirkungsquerschnitts bei kleinen Impulsüberträgen Q2 vorgestellt. Die Messung wird zur Bestimmung der longitudinalen Protonstrukturfunktion FL benutzt. Es werden Daten analysiert, welche mit dem H1 Detektor in speziellen Perioden mit reduzierter Protonstrahlenergie im Jahre 2007 aufgezeichnet wurden. Die direkte Bestimmung der Strukturfunktion FL basiert auf der Messung des reduzierten tiefinelastischen Wirkungsquerschnitt bei drei verschiedenen Schwerpunktsenergien.
