Relativistic Configuration Interaction calculations are reported for Zr III and Nb IV J = 0 → J = 1 transitions between 4d2 + 5s2 and 4d(4f + 5f + 5p + 6p + 7p) + 5s5p levels. Gauge agreements average 3%. Landé g-values are obtained, and the 5s2 level in Nb IV is repositioned
