Engagement of a rescue units to outer wrecking plan for nuclear power plant Temelin.

This work is focused on the involvement of the essential units of the IZS (the Integrated Emergency System) in a radiation accident, in another disaster or in a technical failure, damage or at a terrorist attack at the nuclear power plant in Temelín, particular ly with regard to the incorporation into the External Emergency Plan for the Nuclear Power Plant in Temelín, including verifications of their suitability and adequacy for dealing with emergencies. The current situation in the given area is analyzed in the analytical part of my thesis.. There are elementary terms defined there which relate to deploying the forces and equipments of the IZS (the Integrated Emergency System). The terms also relate to possible evacuation of people from endangered areas. There is also legislation concerning the processing of external emergency plans, concerning the settings of emergency planning zones.
