The offence commited under the influence of alcohol

An aim of the thesis was to analyse the criminality in the South Bohemian region with regard to the degree of its severity, frequency and structure and eventually other relevant factors affecting the motivation. The objective has been achieved. It was found out through secondary analyses of a criminality evidence statistic system administered by Police Presidum in Prague that 61% of crimes committed under the influence of alcohol in the South Bohemian region over periods considered are from the traffic area. 15 % of examined crimes were constituted from violent crimes, 9 % of crimes against a property, 10 % of generally dangerous offenses, 0 % of economic crimes and 5 % of other ones
