The Use of Supervision at the Social Departments of the Municipal Authorities of the Vysočina Region

The sense of this thesis is to treat the issue of the supervision and its application in the social departments of the Town Authorities in the Vysočina Region and to confront this information with the knowledge and opinions of these employees. The target of the thesis was to map the present state of providing supervision in the social departments of the Town Authorities in the Vysočina Region and the partial target of the thesis was to elaborate the draft of the methodology for introducing the supervision at the Municipal Authority in Moravské Budějovice in the social department. The thesis will, together with the elaborated methodology for introducing the supervision at the Town Authority in Moravské Budějovice serve as basic material during introducing the supervision in the above mentioned Town Authority
