The aim of my bachelor{\crq}s work was to define manager development requirements in an engineering company. I consider such topic as essential. Managers play a significant role in any firm, company, etc. They contribute to company achievements and prosperity by their own efforts and because they not only make employees put their best skills and efforts to give their best performance, but they themselves put in their best skills and efforts as well.
