Instrumentation used in radiodiagnostics (e-learning program)

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the instrumentation used in radiodiagnostics. The text is divided into three main topics. The first topic includes apparatuses using ionizing radiation classified into skiagraphic X-ray, skiascopic X-ray and CT apparatuses. The second topic includes apparatuses using strong magnetic field called magnetic resonance. The last topic includes ultrasound apparatuses utilizing sound waves. I divided the topics to the same chapters like brief history, physical principles, main parts of the apparatus, image formation, artefacts in the image, biological effects and the use in radiodiagnostics including indications and counter-indications. The main aim was to create a learning programme in the Moodle e-learning environment called Instrumentation Used In Radiodiagnostics accessible on http://moodle.zsf.jcu.cz/ in the category ?Radiology and Toxicology Department?, which will help students of the Health and Social Faculty of the University of South Bohemia as a support in learning subject dealing with this issue. The learning programme also includes test questions, list of literature and a PowerPoint presentation apart from the text part accompanied by tables, graphs and pictures
