Employment opportunities for persons with disabilities

The bachelor{\crq}s paper deals with job opportunities for disadvantaged persons with disabilities. The paper also deals with the activities of the Znovoz association which was founded with the purpose of providing employment for persons with disabilities. The paper is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Through making interviews with the disadvantaged employees of the Znovoz association I determined the social need of the association and the benefits of its existence for the individual employees. I also made an interview with manager of the association for the purpose of evaluation of the activity of the Znovoz association, further identification of problems that the association has to face and its vision to future
