Specific problems in working with seniors

The bachelor thesis is focusing on specific problems apperaring in the work with seniors. The theoretical part is about aging, needs and changes associated with it, about the seniors themselves and their families. Some possible problematic situations appearing in the care of seniors are analysed in detail. The theoretical part describes also the stress experienced by the social workers. The target of the practical part is to find the most common problems met by the social service workers in their work with the elderly. And to analyze the positives and negatives which the social service workers see in their job
