Strategy company

The bachelor thesis deals with corporate strategy. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate economic activities of a selected enterprise as a basis for development of a new or modification of the existing strategy. The theoretical part describes approaches to the solution, definitions of strategy and strategic management. It also contains a value analysis of economic activities in 2005 {--} 2007 of a selected enterprise which focuses on embroidery production. The synthetic part contains a proposal of economic activities in 2008 {--} 2010
