My bachelor work consists in issues of the physical fitness of the Police of the Czech Republic. The first theoretical part is oriented into an analysis of related literature. Attention is paid to the police as it is an important part of the Czech Republic, to the structure of recruitment and to a police academy. Further I would like to put my mind to a structure of a sports performance, a performance in itself and all important factors which are related to it. The main content of the second part is an ivestigation into the police forces' physical fitness and preparing a proposal for possible improvement
