Strategic management in time of economical crisis

The obejctive of my diploma paper is to determinate negative impact of economic depression on particular company by using strategic management methods and procedures, then on the basis of all analysis set down risks and strategic alternatives which would lead to risks elimination or its impact mitigation. To meet this target I analysed the company by means of chosen strategic management methods. I used following methods in my thesis: STEP analysis, Porter's model, level of turbulence model, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, scenario metod etc
