Christian Education as an Education toward Values

This bachelor's thesis deals with the question of Christian education and of a gradual acceptance of values. Free will and reason appear to be the principal determinants of this acceptance. In the thesis, the view of the Pope and pedagogue John Paul II is outlined which emphasizes human person because of the dignity which was given to a man by God. A value is presented here as a gift of mutual appurtenance when people are dependent upon mutual help, not for a material lust but for the fulfilment of their Christian vocation.
