Equal occupational opportunities for men and women in the rescue services

This Bachelor{\crq}s thesis, entitled ``Equal occupational opportunities for men and women in the rescue services{\crq}q is devoted, as the name implies, to equality between men and women. The work is focused on the South Bohemian Medical Rescue Service and explores the gender ratios in this organisation. The research showed that the organisation itself is governed by the legislation in force and is not the cause of gender discrimination, although the gender stereotypes of society are deeply rooted in the opinions of the general staff of the South Bohemian Medical Rescue Service
