Remuneration system of employees

The purpose of this thesis was to make an analysis of remuneration system and motivation factors in chosen company. The text outlines the basic information about this company, as well as its history and organisational structures. Further, the text contains an analysis of remuneration system and provisions of benefits in the company. At the end of the text, the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature is compared with the recognized information from the analysis and also contains an evaluation as well as a proposal for resolving absences in the system of remuneration, motivation and care of employees. The proposal was compiled to support better competitive advantage of the company on the labour market
