THE BURNOUT SYNDROME PREVENTION AMONG SOCIAL WORKERS

The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the definition of the burnout syndrome, its relation to social workers, causes of rise, the process and above all it deals with the prevention of the burnout syndrome. The practical part is specialized in the monitoring of prevention at the organization level. In the research four types of organizations are engaged: home for seniors, hospital, charity, detachment of social-legal protection of children. As a research method was used secondary and contentual data analysis and semi-controlled interview with leadership workers. The research proved that the most important methods of burnout prevention at the organization level belongs to an acceptable working environment, team cooperation, feedback, extra education and supervision
