The focus of this paper is on the development and implementation of a stand alone course in Internationallnformation Systems and Technology. Although this alternative means for internationalizing the Information Systems (IS) curriculum may not be appropriate for all business programs, it may prove to be a beneficial curriculum option for programs with specialized degrees in information systems. A model course outline is developed that identifies key themes and topic areas to be included in the course. This basic outline provides a structural foundation that allows for flexibility in planning and designing curriculum content.
