Information systems have always been seen as an essential enabler for the success of the modern organisations. This is also very evident for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) worldwide. Driving by the need to improve student experience, Learning Analytics (LA) has been a rapidly growing area of interest in UK HEIs. However, there is very limited literature on the use and impact of LA in the Higher Education sector.
