The medical world attempts these days to empower patients so they can take responsibility over their medical condition. For that purpose patients need relevant information. But information by itself is not sufficient; patients must also be motivated to change their attitudes and behavior. We argue that the way information is delivered during usage of medical information system affects both comprehension and motivation to implement the medical advice. In this research we suggest a specific kind of feedback that encourages the patient to move from a passive behavior to an active one. We call this feedback: Personal-Dynamic Feedback (PDF).
