The Department of Computer Science (CS), College of Integrated Science and Technology (CISAT), James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, recently launched a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science degree program with a concentration in Information Security (INFOSEC). Responding to the demand from the technology and security communities, the program is designed to: • Develop advanced competencies and the knowledge and skills necessary to understand relationships between INFOSEC and Computer Science; • Relate the technical and human components of INFOSEC and Computer Science and information systems; and. • Broaden career potential
