Interorganizational Knowledge Management with Internet Applications

Learning processes do not occur only within, but also between enterprises. There is, therefore, a need for inter-organizational in addition to intra-organizational knowledge management. Since much of the communication and interaction among organizations takes place on the internet, it is logical to use internet applications to support the relating knowledge management tasks. The paper derives the requirements for such software based on the process-oriented view of the interaction among enterprises.
