Beginning of capillary isotachophoresis is in seventieth years last century. Theory of the isotachophoretic separation process has been elaborated during twentieth years, the instrumentations were developed and considerable number of applications were publicated in articles. ITP-CZE enables in the first step to inject a relatively large sample volume, to separate sample components and to remove undesirable components.
