Estuarine organisms often experience periods of cyclic hypoxia characterized by hypoxia in the early morning and normoxia in the afternoon. Here we examine the genomic responses of grass shrimp, Palaemonetes pugio, exposed to cyclic hypoxia in the laboratory.
