This paper deals with the simplified mathematical model of the transfer function of the system with small non-linearities. The iterative smoothing identification method of this system from measured complex transfer function is proposed. The associated near dynamic system is nonconservative, generally non auto-adjoint and non-commutative (with complex eigenvectors) but with simple eigenvalues
