Motivation and stabilization of employees

Bachelor thesis describes and analyzes the motivation, stabilization and work satisfaction of employees in chosen corporation. Basic terms connected with theoretical background for example sources of motivation,theory of working motivation and others are defined in the theoretical part. The practical part offers closer view inside to the company, studies its motivational and stabilizational instruments, employees benefits and other factors used to satisfy the staff. Research was backed up with questionare and at the end of my work I analyzed all outputs with proper offers to improve critical results of some sections
