Cheque in the world of modern payment instruments offered by Czech banks

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a cheque and its place in the world of modern payment instruments which are offered by Czech banks. The work is successively concerned with the creation and usage of cheques, it defines international and domestic legal form of this instrument and mentions its general characteristics. The following chapter mentions data concerning development and contemporary usage of cheques in the states of the European Union. The last chapter deals with the usage of cheques in the Czech Republic. It deals with the development of usage of cheques in system of payment and maps the present offer of "cheque services" of the selected banks
