Consumer protection as clients of banks

The goal of this work is to determine the current state of consumer protection as clients of banks and compare the approach and procedures to protect this segment of the two different banks - Czech Savings Bank and mBank. The first chapter is devoted to the issue of consumer protection, and describes the basic concepts of key legislation, and engaged subjects. The next chapters examine the main reasons why banks protect the client's objectives of protecting the client, the basic features of the client - bank secrecy, privacy, openness of information and deposit insurance. The last chapter describes the specific problems of clients, focusing on individual products of banks and comparing approaches of ČS and mBank
