History, present and future of a chateau Chotýšany

This bachelor's thesis looks at real-estate monuments in danger in the Czech republic, especially in the Central Bohemia Region. The practical part focuses on the particular situation on the historical developement of a chateau, situated in Podblanicko, a tourist region. The chateau is listed among the most threatened real-estate monuments. At the moment it is not being used and due to the lack of interest of the owner its condition is still getting worse. The thesis briefly discusses its history, its connection to the local culture, the impact of the surroundings and provides an analysis of the current condition and suggests a solution
