The first chapter of the thesis describes the main features of the world and Czech beer market. Basic information about the company, its production and position on the Czech market are mantioned in the second part of the thesis. The third chapter describes export strategy of the enterprise, international environment, reasons and methods of entry to foreign markets, SWOT analyse, PEST analyse, market segmentation and marketing mix used by the firm on the international markets. The fourth chapter mentions the main export markets of the company and recommandations for the brewering's activities on them
