First chapter of thesis defines direct selling and provided consumer protection. The chapter includes SWOT analysis and information about Direct selling association in the Czech Republic. The second chapter is dedicated to the company Amway and focuses on history of the company, its entry to the Czech market, marketing plan, structure of the organization, prices and rewards, products and business transactions. In the end of the chapter operation is demonstrated on the example of one concrete Amway group
