Job analysis and its role in a specific company

This bachelor thesis deals with a job analysis. The theoretical part defines basic terms, describes job analysis methods, a role of this area in other HR activities and briefly mentions a new approach in the form of a role profile. The practical part characterizes and evaluates HR policy and business processes and suggests improvements in this area in order to increase usability of this activity in a specific company. Based on these recommendations and conclusions, a new job description and specification is proposed
